When a customer calls us or visits us, some customers are very clear about what they want. They have a sample, image and specifications etc. Some customers have just an idea and a nearest sample sometimes, but they look for improvisations or modifications in the product. At this point we try to understand the customers exact requirements by sending a few images and videos. If the customer visits us physically it’s easier to show our work. But when a customer is unable to visit, still we need to ensure that we are getting what’s on a customer’s mind.
Since a bag carries the brand value of a customer’s product, one cannot afford any mistakes. And a bag is a vital element in the closing part of a sale deal. So whether a customer selects a cotton bag, nonwoven bag or jute bag – firstly we ensure the basic fabric is optimised, then the print placement and the kind of print and any additional trims like zippers, buttons, Velcro, canvas handles are chosen. The stitching work is done in house and we take care to ensure that the bag has the desired appeal, function and aesthetics. At the end of the day the customer has to feel comfortable to place his product in the bag and deliver to his own customer/consumer
